Proud GOLD Partners at SHIPPINGInsight 2021 Bridging the Decade, Fleet Optimization & Innovation

The Bahamas Maritime Authority (BMA) is proud to announce that it is a Gold partner of SHIPPINGInsight 2021. Focusing on fleet optimisation and innovation the virtual event, which runs from 11th to 13th October, will provide a forum for shipowners and solution providers to exchange ideas and discuss challenges facing the industry during this period of transformation.

The BMA will be hosting two of the key sessions to be held on the middle day of the conference, the first of which will take place at 2pm on Tuesday 12th October. Captain Steve Bomgardner, The BMA’s Regional Managing Director will be introducing the discussion which will address the multiple threats to shipping such as pandemics, geo-political forces, cyber, piracy and economic security. The panel will explore shipping’s greatest strengths and weaknesses, and will also examine where the opportunities lie.
