IMO SUB-COMMITTEE ON IMPLEMENTATION OF IMO INSTRUMENTS (III) – 12th session

The IMO Sub-Committee on Implementation of IMO Instruments (III) oversees the implementation of IMO regulations by flag, port and coastal States, including analysing audit results under the IMO Member State Audit Scheme. It also reviews casualty and port State control data, develops lessons learned from marine incidents, and maintains survey and certification guidelines under the Harmonized System of Survey and Certification (HSSC).
