Jerry was a cherished colleague and friend who faithfully served the Bahamas Maritime Authority for the past six years. Captain Mooney’s role as Technical Compliance Officer (Seafarers & Manning) was marked by his skills and professionalism, leaving a mark on our organization and the broader maritime community.
