The event was led by the Hon. Leon Lundy, Minister of Transport, who headed the Bahamas delegation during his first international maritime engagement since assuming office last month. He was joined by BMA Board Chairman Jacqueline M. Simmons, Deputy Chairman Peter John Goulandris, Managing Director & CEO Captain Dwain Hutchinson, and senior members of the Authority’s leadership team. Addressing guests, Minister Lundy reaffirmed The Bahamas’ commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental protection, regulatory compliance, and service to the global shipping community, while highlighting the longstanding and valued relationship between The Bahamas and the Greek shipping sector.
