Read BMA Advice

The Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks, 2007, entry into force date 14th April 2015. Bahamas ships will require certificates in order to trade in the EEZ of countries which are Parties to the Convention. The BMA has issued advice on how to obtain certification here.
